1. SHIPPING:
a. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
b. Shipping Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
c. Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight of the package.
d. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
2. DELIVERY:
a. Estimated Time: Delivery times may vary based on location, but we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.
b. Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
3. REFUND AND RETURN:
a. If you want to return your order and get your money back, we'll do our best to help. Just get in touch with us within 3 days of getting your delivery, and we'll arrange the return and refund for you.
b. Please keep in mind that if someone returns items more than 3 times in a year, we may not accept future returns from them. We check our shipments carefully before sending them out, but if you're still not happy with what you received, here's what you can do:
c. (i) Your in- store Credit shall be valid and operational for a period of 1 Year from the date of activation/issuance to You, until suspended/ terminated by samadidi.com in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, unless the validity of the Sama Garments in- store Credit is extended by Us at Our discretion.
(ii) The maximum permissible period of non-use of the in- store Credit (Permissible Dormant Period) shall be 12 months from the date of the last use of the in- store Credit. You agree that any outstanding balance in your in- store Credit shall be forfeited at the time of expiry of the in- store Credit or at the time of suspension/termination of your in- store Credit for any reason whatsoever.
(iii) Information about the forfeiture of your in- store Credit balance (due to the impending expiry of Your in- store Credit) shall be intimated to You at reasonable intervals. The intimation shall be sent to Your registered e-mail address or phone number shared as Payment Details. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure of delivery of the intimation to You.
d. Just a heads up, there are no returns or refunds available during our SAMA DIDI FLASH SALE.
e. To get a refund in the form of store credits, make sure the items you're returning are unused, not worn, not washed, not damaged, and in a condition where we can sell them again. Please also include all the original packaging and tags.
f. Be sure to pack up the returned items securely so they don't get lost or damaged on the way back.
g. If you need us to pick up the items for the return, we'll do that within 4-7 business days from when you ask.
h. If you request a return, we'll pick up the product within 4-7 days, and the return process will take 10-14 working days.
